Anita had been doing photography for years before finally deciding she needed a professional look to tie her business and website together. She really wanted something curvy, simple, and clever to capture the essence of a seasoned photographer with a timeless brand image.
the solution
Avoiding the shapes of cameras within her visuals, the design focussed more on sunlight and the lens. The dotted “i” being both a sun burst and a camera lens abstractly captures a few features within photography without being too obvious. The custom curls of the name go unobstructed by too many details in the rest of the logo. The simple badge version allows for versatile use, while also looking like a settings dial.
